After spending the last few months cracking out an array of atmospheric offerings, emerging Russian outfit Under Delusion return once again with their captivating new cut 'Follow Me'.
Bringing back more of that warm and shimmering aesthetic they are earning a reputation for, 'Follow Me' showcases a rich and dynamic texture throughout. With its dark and pulsing energy, soaring hooks, and haunting vocal performances throughout, these lot will certainly pull you in and not let go.
So with the new single available now, we sat down with them to find out more about their background and what has influenced them over the years.

What were the first instruments you fell in love with?
Each of us play guitar, so that’s the instrument we love most. It’s the heart of rock music. Most of our melodies came from improvisation with guitar. Every time you hold it in you arms you can find a new riff or an old famous tune.
What has been the most prominent inspiration behind your music so far?
Our music reflects our feelings and thoughts. The situation that triggered our first song was associated with loss of one we loved. Every bright emotion that holds you more than a day should be put on a paper. That’s how we write our lyrics. It’s always about something personal and important for us.
What kind of music did you love as a teenager?
We’ve listened to all the music that was popular in 90’s: Michael Jackson, Madonna, Depeche mode, Nirvana, Metallica and everything that was on MTV.
Can you remember the first song that made you want to pursue a life in music?
It probably happened when we were kids, so we don’t really remember. But the first songs we played as a cover band 8 years ago were Coma White by Marlin Manson and The Road I’m on by 3 Doors Down.
When you wake up in the morning, what kind of music do you like to listen to?
Phone alarm (Our music tastes are different, especially when we talk about new music, so each of us has its own playlists. Every morning we check our socials and answer the comments from listeners, so in most cases morning starts with our own songs).
How many of your songs have you written about people in your life?
All of them.
What have been the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Our first single was released 7 months ago, and we didn’t have gigs with our new songs yet. So, we are looking forward to meeting our fans on concerts this autumn. All the support we have in their comments and messages inspires us and gives us power to move on and write new songs. It’s really awesome. Our music is listened in 92 countries now and we are fascinated by the feedback we receive every day.
Outside of music, what is your biggest passion?
In a moment music is the Passion for us, its difficult to find something stronger than that.
If you weren’t musicians, what other path do you think you might have taken?
We have built successful careers in business but when we started to write and release our own music our lives changed significantly. We think we don’t realise it yet, but it’s a totally new path for us.
And what advice would you give to other musicians looking to start a career in music?
Be honest in your lyrics, try something new in your music and collaborate with other musicians. The most important – don’t give up! If you feel resistance than you on the right way!
