Hamilton Leithauser returns with new single 'Here They Come'

Following on his brilliant 2016 album ‘I Had A Dream That You Were Mine’ alongside Vampire Weekend’s Rostam Batmanglij and his 2017 collaboration with Angel Olsen ‘Heartstruck (Wild Hunger)’, former The Walkmen singer Hamilton Leithauser is back with a brand new single.

The new track 'Here They Come' is his first piece of new material in three years, and was performed entirely by the man himself except for the backing vocals, which were provided by his wife Anna Stumpf.

Speaking about his return, he said, "'Here They Come' is about a friend who tends to run from his problems. When the going gets tough, he tends to just cut and run. The song is about the specific moment when the lights are coming up in a movie theatre where he’s been hiding out all day, and life’s complications are just coming back into focus."
