Hard-Fi announce new album 'Sweating Someone Else’s Fever'

Staines indie-rock favourites Hard-Fi have announced their long-awaited new studio album 'Sweating Someone Else’s Fever,' arriving on the 19th June via V2 Records. The record marks the band’s first full-length release in 15 years and signals a bold new chapter for the quartet.

Written and recorded during 2025 at the band’s Cherry Lips studio, the album was produced by frontman Richard Archer alongside longtime collaborator Wolsey White. Drawing inspiration from the social commentary that defined their breakthrough record 'Stars of CCTV', the new project examines the tensions and contradictions of modern life.

Lead single 'They Ain’t Your Friends' takes aim at performative loyalty in the digital age and the realities of today’s music industry. Other tracks explore themes ranging from nightlife culture to technology’s growing influence. The album also features guest vocals from Krysten Cummings and an appearance from UK-based Colombian rapper Mike Kalle.
