Heijmat unveils Bart B More remix of ‘Don’t Run Away’

Dutch producer Heijmat returns with a hypnotic new remix of ‘Don't Run Away’ by acclaimed electronic artist Bart B More, delivering a fresh perspective on the standout track from his recent EP ‘Echoes Of Solace’.

The remix brilliantly transforms the original's atmospheric elements into a dancefloor-ready experience while preserving its emotional core. Bart B More injects driving rhythms and expansive synth work that elevate the track to new heights, creating the perfect balance between melodic depth and infectious groove.

Heijmat's Tame Impala-esque vocals float dreamily over the production, creating a mesmerising juxtaposition against the energetic electronic backdrop. The result is both introspective and euphoric—equally suited for headphone contemplation or peak-hour club moments.

His latest EP ‘Echoes Of Solace’ showcases Heijmat—the brainchild of multi-platinum award-winning mixing engineer Huub Reijnders—building fascinating cinematic soundscapes through lush analogue synths, subtle piano, tight electronic drums and elegant arpeggiators. Emotional, experimental and richly textured, the EP draws comparisons to Jon Hopkins, Bonobo and at times Ólafur Arnalds. This remix takes that approach and injects it with a fresh sense of energy and intensity, pulling it further toward an EDM-meets-IDM sensibility while maintaining the sophisticated production values that define Heijmat's work.
