Interpol share new track 'Fables'

With their highly-anticipated new album landing in the coming months, Interpol have now dropped the next cut to be lifted from their forthcoming full-length.

The new single 'Fables' follows on from the previously shared tracks ‘Toni’ and ‘Something Changed’ in previewing their new LP 'The Other Side Of Make-Believe', which is out on the 15th July via Matador Records.

Speaking about the new offering, the band's Paul Banks said, “’Fables’ features one of Daniel’s hottest licks. A breezy vocal with optimistic lyrics, and a bouncy drum beat evocative of classic R&B with a nod to the golden age of hip hop. It’s a summer jam and a piece of music we are particularly proud of.”
