JAWS' Connor Schofield delivers debut solo single 'MORE FIRE'

With his formative outfit JAWS staying busy throughout 2019, thanks to their highly-praised third album 'The Ceiling', the band's frontman Connor Schofield has now broken out on his own and shared his new project's debut release.

Working under the name 'MORE*FIRE', the first single 'MORE FIRE' was co-produced alongside Gethin Pearson and recorded amongst his work within JAWS, seeing him adopt a glitchy and more experimental guise.

Speaking about his new offering, he said, “The song is about trying to be patient in a time where everything is very instant, which is kind of ironic because everything feels very slow and drawn out at the moment. I’ve always been obsessed with making music, production and sampling. this was the first track where I felt like I’d cracked how I felt like it should sound, there’s a lot more to come.”
