Leon Bridges has announced his fifth studio album 'Happiness Anytime', arriving on the 25th September via Columbia Records, while unveiling four new tracks that offer the first glimpse into the project.
Produced by J Lloyd-Watson and Lydia Kitto of Jungle, the album marks a fresh creative direction for the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, blending his signature soulful vocals with groove-led arrangements inspired by global rhythms. The newly released songs – 'Light The Way', 'Tears of Joy', 'Illusion' and 'Your Love Is Electric' – introduce a vibrant sound built around movement, warmth and spontaneity.
The record emerged from a series of intensive writing sessions in Los Angeles, where Bridges and the Jungle duo quickly developed a shared musical chemistry. Veteran bassist Pino Palladino also contributed to the recordings, helping shape an album that balances effortless musicianship with rich, organic production.
