Having already established himself with a breadth of dazzling delights these last few years, New York-based artist and producer Logica Abstracta returns once again to deliver the video for one of his recent gems, 'Ad Astra'.
Choosing to create the new visuals without the use of 3D animation or AI, the video for 'Ad Astra' pays homage to classic sci-fi films with its basic yet immersive aesthetic. Using a mixture of sweeping celestial landscapes and a crudely designed rocket ship exploring them all, this new film makes for a beautifully serene and expansive watch throughout.
Much like the material it is soundtracking, 'Ad Astra' has this wonderfully calming aura about it, creating a audial pairing to the grandeur of space it is looking to project. With such a masterful approach to both his sound and vision, he remains one of the more captivating names on the rise right now.
