Having already established themselves with a flurry of highly-praised releases over the last sixteen months, LA-based outfit The Loud Bangs are continuing their vibrant ascent as they deliver their rousing new EP 'Why Things Fray'.
Capturing more of that woozy Pink Floyd-inspired aesthetic they have earned a reputation for in recent months, this new five-track collection makes for an incredibly broad and immersive listen. Jam-packed with bold and soaring textures, a euphoric atmosphere, and some beautifully mesmerising vocals layered throughout, they are cementing themselves as one of the more captivating names on the rise right now.
While this past year has certainly been an extremely prolific period for the band, 'Why Things Fray' still manages to stand out within their riveting repertoire to date.
