Thailand-based hip-hop artist and producer Maffmatix has joined forces with Charlton Banks for his latest single 'DEAD', a dark and atmospheric release arriving just in time for Halloween.
Combining underground hip-hop influences with cinematic production and playful horror-inspired imagery, the track explores themes of death and mortality through an unconventional musical perspective. Built around boom-bap rhythms, haunting textures and memorable hooks, 'DEAD' balances its darker subject matter with energetic performances and an entertaining sense of theatricality.
Charlton Banks contributes a guest verse, bringing additional momentum to the track while complementing Maffmatix's distinctive approach to storytelling.
