After making waves with his recent comeback single 'Ego', Dutch singer-songwriter Martin Kuiper returns with 'Time', an energetic, hook-laden anthem that captures the momentum and confusion of growing up and chasing dreams. It’s the second single from his upcoming album 'Prison of Modesty', set for release this June.
With a punchy intro and a chorus that sticks after one listen, 'Time' blends catchy rock dynamics with thoughtful storytelling. He reflects on the feeling of life speeding up after leaving home, a theme pulled from his own experience of starting university at 17. "It's a song about how time can get in your way when you're pursuing your dreams. I felt that strongly at the end of high school and during my student years", he says.
'Time' is a confident, emotionally grounded follow-up to 'Ego', reaffirming Kuiper’s late-blooming rock credentials. Produced with members of Money & The Man and mixed by Guido Aalbers, the track is another powerful entry in a project that blends personal reflection with timeless rock energy.
