Miles Jenson unveils new single 'Sunshine Goldmine'

Emerging singer-songwriter Miles Jenson has shared 'Sunshine Goldmine', the eerie and evocative title-track from his upcoming debut EP, set for release on the 20th June. Produced by Grammy-winner King Garbage (Jon Batiste, The Weeknd, Leon Bridges), the song blends orchestral tension, smooth R&B vocals, and minimalist piano to paint a surreal portrait of denial, hedonism, and the pursuit of fleeting peace.

Inspired by a disorienting teenage experience at a chaotic party, Jenson describes the song as “a sinister melody that felt powerful and very specific.” The release follows the socially charged 'Country Club', further showcasing his ability to blur personal reflection with sharp cultural commentary.

'Sunshine Goldmine' marks Jenson’s first fully realised body of work, an unapologetic, soul-baring EP shaped by a creative journey that spans sobriety, independence, and self-discovery. With live dates planned for later this year and a full-length album in the works, Jenson is cementing his place as a fearless new voice in alt-R&B and poetic pop.
