Following on from the release of their highly-praised LP 'Dealey Plaza Blues' earlier this year, New York's Mortal Prophets aren't slowing down yet as they return with their new studio album 'The Twang Gang (Live In Berlin)'.
Honing more of that self-described "cosmic country" sound they have been developing over the last year or so, 'The Twang Gang (Live In Berlin)' makes for an incredibly warm and welcome return. Filled with rich and shimmering textures, a sweeping atmosphere, and some sweetly laid-back hooks layered throughout, they continue to find new and interesting ideas in which to explore on their latest full-length.
Although this new collection arrives mere months after their previous record, 'The Twang Gang (Live In Berlin)' shows that they are still very much on top of their creative form once again. Offering up some wonderfully immersive tones and soundscapes at every turn, we can't wait to hear what else they have planned for the future as well.
