Bringing back more of that broad and emotive indie-rock aesthetic they have been honing over the years, 'Darlin'' makes for a wonderfully warm and embracing return for them. With its shimmering textures, sweeping hooks, and sultry vocals at the helm, they continue to shine as one of the more impactful names on the rise right now.
While last year was certainly one of their most productive years on record, 'Darlin'' shows they are still brimming with plenty of fresh and invigorating ideas in which to explore.
