After spending the last few months building and developing their sound, Tampa-based duo Never Bothered To Bloom recently unveiled their dark and mesmerising new offering 'Folie à Deux'.
Channelling a brilliantly rich and textured approach to the electro-pop aesthetic, 'Folie à Deux' makes for a beautifully warm yet haunted listen. Filled with broad and euphoric textures, a soaring atmosphere, and some wonderfully ethereal vocals layered throughout, they are cementing themselves as one of the more exciting names to have emerged this year.
While their journey is still very much in its infancy, 'Folie à Deux' shows that they are brimming with bold and interesting ideas. With such a firm and confident grasp over their songwriting and production throughout, they are certainly ones to keep a firm eye on in the months ahead.
