New Björk album expected next year

It looks like Björk fans will have something to celebrate as it has just been announced that the artist has begun work on a new album, due out next year.

The announcement was made in a bitter-sweet message posted on Facebook which used the album news to explain her absence from the Biophilia Live premiere in London this week, saying, "we are so sorry, but since björk is already working on her next album (out in 2015!) she can not come to the 'biophilia live' premiere at the london film festival this week. many sorries, and be well."

Björk's last album 'Biophilia' was released in 2011 and you can watch the trailer for the new live film below.
