Indie-pop artist Nicole Issa has released her latest single 'Cliché', a collaborative track with indie-folk act The Happiest Kind Of Sad, out now via Community Music.
Built on gentle acoustic elements and a stripped-back arrangement, the song explores the emotional uncertainty that can come with distance in a relationship. Inspired by a brief but impactful connection formed during a trip to New York, the track reflects on the aftermath of returning home and questioning whether the feelings were genuine or shaped by the moment.
Produced by Domenic Corso, the single blends soft instrumentation with reflective songwriting, placing Issa’s vocal performance at the forefront. The collaboration adds further depth, with both artists leaning into themes of connection, doubt, and emotional vulnerability.
'Cliché' is the second release from Issa’s upcoming debut EP 'Bring It Back To Me', due in July 2026. Have a listen to it in the player below.
