Since first emerging with their debut album 'Colored Emotions' back in 2013, Minneapolis-based outfit Night Moves have always looked to continually improve themselves at every turn. With a sound that looks to blend commercially-angled indie through a psychedelic lens, the band made a serious statement when it came to their sophomore LP 'Pennied Days', ascending out of their initial beginnings to evolve on what they had previously created. And as they move swiftly onto album number three, 'Can You Really Find Me' looks to become the group's highest zenith to date.

Produced by Spoon drummer Jim Eno, Night Moves have taken the sound and vibe of their first two records and pushed even further through a haze-filled and euphoric guise to create their most engaging and captivating release to date. Bringing together that smooth and laid-back psych-pop tone, not too dissimilar from Animal Collective, 'Can You Really Find Me' sees the group more refined and at ease with themselves than ever before. Branching out with the odd stripped-back croon to add some variety to its seductive pace, this new collection is a wonderfully composed selection of ideas that see them break out of their cocoon and truly flourish.

What makes this return so refreshing is just how the band never look to push themselves too far. Much like what you would hear with a War On Drugs record, 'Can You Really Find Me' never needs to shout about its greatness with the odd dose of high-energy, but instead adopts a smooth and dulcet direction that warms and meanders as it plays.
