After spending much of the last few months developing and cultivating his distinctive sound, New Jersey-based newcomer No Curse has now opened himself up to the wider world with his captivating debut single 'Path'.
Channelling a heady mix of post-punk, new wave, and synth-pop aesthetics for his initial offering, 'Path' makes for an incredibly warm and inviting introduction to his sound so far. Brimming with rich and illuminating textures, a shimmering atmosphere, and his own haunted vocals at the helm, he is kicking things off with a beautifully fresh and endearing opening number here.
While it may be his only release to date, 'Path' shows that he is bustling with a broad and immersive direction in which to call his own. With such a firm and focused approach to his songwriting and production already, we can't wait to hear what else he has been working on as well.
