With their eagerly-awaited new best-of compilation arriving later this week, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have now dropped another cut lifted from their forthcoming collection.
The new single 'Flying On The Ground' follows on from the previously shared track ‘We’re On Our Way Now’ in previewing their new release ‘Back The Way We Came: Vol 1 (2011-2021)’, which is out this Friday 11th June.
Speaking of the new offering, Noel says, “Flying On The Ground is literally the best thing I’ve released since the last thing I released. If Burt Bacharach wrote for Motown this is what it would sound like … only not as good … obviously.”
