The Orielles share double single 'You are Eating a Part of Yourself' / 'To Undo the World Itself'

The Orielles have unveiled two new tracks from their upcoming fourth album 'Only You Left', due on the 13th March via Heavenly Recordings. The double-single 'You are Eating a Part of Yourself' and 'To Undo the World Itself' offers a deeper look into the band’s newly redefined sonic identity, one that embraces immersive soundscapes and emotional abstraction.

'You are Eating a Part of Yourself' emerges from a looping guitar motif first recorded during a bedroom jam session years prior, evolving into a dense, glitch-heavy composition that swells with feedback, textures, and bittersweet undertones. Its companion piece 'To Undo the World Itself' closes the record in grand fashion, channelling the catharsis of post-rock titans like Mogwai with its soaring melodic arcs and slow-burning crescendos.

Both tracks arrive alongside a visual directed by longtime collaborator Neelam Khan Vela, who stitched together band-shot footage with emotive editing driven by the music’s atmospheres.
