After making a huge splash back in 2020 with their breakthrough debut EP 'Drift Into The Sun', as well as their BBC 6Music-approved single 'Nothing Missed', Manchester-based outfit Origami Tsunami are back at it once again as they deliver their triumphant new effort 'Life Hack'.
Opening up with a fresh and bouncing riff, not too dissimilar to Hall & Oates' 'You Make My Dreams', 'Life Hack' sets itself as a bold and distinctive inclusion to the indie-rock scene. While moments have it placed within the light and airy side of the sound, things quickly turn up a gear as it regularly explodes into a frenzied and energetic chorus.
With notable comparisons to the likes of Foals and Foo Fighters littered throughout, these guys have returned with a wonderfully broad and inventive offering, brimming with fun and bouncing textures.
