Rising West London trio Patience Please return with their most intimate release to date, the stripped-back single 'Madelaine'. Departing from their usual guitar-driven anthems, the track showcases a more vulnerable, emotive side to the band as they reflect on the confusion and ache of first heartbreak.
Led by a raw vocal performance from frontman Ollie Palmer, 'Madelaine' builds from delicate rhythm guitar to a swelling, cinematic close, laced with subtle string textures and unfiltered honesty.
Known for their soaring choruses, bold melodies, and raucous live sets, the band, completed by Arthur Marriott (lead guitar) and Tommy Lane (drums), have earned a growing reputation across London’s indie circuit with sold-out shows at Dingwalls 2, The Star of Shoreditch, and The Troubadour.
'Madelaine' is the final single ahead of their six-track debut EP, arriving 27 February 2026. With BBC Introducing and Radio 2 already backing their earlier singles, Patience Please are poised for a breakout year.
