After cementing themselves with a bold and euphoric array of indie-rock gems these last few years, Texas-based outfit Picnic Lightning return once again to offer up their jubilant new single 'Youth Group'.
Taking their cues from the likes of Arcade Fire, Courtney Barnett, Velvet Underground and so many more, 'Youth Group' makes for a wonderfully warm and effervescent listen. Channelling a raw and driven aesthetic from start to finish, they are continuing their pursuit of fresh and uplifting textures throughout this new offering.
While they have already made a serious impact on the scene of late, 'Youth Group' still finds them exploring new and engaging ideas.. With such a progressive approach to their songwriting and production throughout, we can't wait to hear where this journey will take them next.
