Edinburgh newcomers Pray Silence arrive in explosive fashion with debut release 'Dragon of Chaos', the first glimpse into an upcoming EP that promises weight, ambition and plenty of bite.
Formed by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Marky Wildtype alongside multidisciplinary artist Sam Siggs, also known through his work with The Head Henchmen, the project was born from a desire to reconnect with something heavier and more emotionally charged.
And that intensity runs throughout 'Dragon of Chaos', a track packed with towering riffs, huge melodic payoffs and sharp-edged lyricism. There’s a sense of controlled chaos to the band’s sound, balancing technical precision with raw emotional force in a way that recalls acts like Biffy Clyro and Fightstar without losing its own identity.
