Having spent the last few years enticing us with their insatiable brand of prog-pop, Melbourne-based trio The Good Minus have returned with their latest single and we have the honour of bringing it to you first.
With its subtle blend of pop, psych-rock and funk, their new track ‘Wonderful’ aims to combine the various influences the band have experimented with over the years. Adding their own notable three-part harmonies into the mix and the group have managed to deliver one of their best works yet.
Speaking about the track, guitarist Matt Welch said, “Most of our songs are quite lyrical but we wanted this one to be repetitive in lyrical content, almost like a mantra which matched the hypnotic guitar line.”
