Des Moines-based singer-songwriter Ross Atlan has released his debut single 'I Can Feel Your Hands', marking the beginning of a new chapter in his musical career.
The new track draws inspiration from classic soul and R&B artists including Al Green, Sam Cooke, Otis Redding and Barry White, combining traditional influences with contemporary production. The song was also inspired by an account of physical healing during a group meditation in nature, exploring themes of hope, spirituality and human connection.
Originally active in the Minneapolis grunge scene, Ross Atlan has returned to his Iowa roots to focus on singing and songwriting after years of performing with original bands and supporting established national acts.
