Slam Dunk Festival announce next wave of acts

With the annual punk and alternative festival set to return this May, Slam Dunk are putting the finishing touches to this year's lineup as they unveil the next wave of acts.

While She Sleeps, Code Orange, This Wild Life, Doll Skin, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!, Spunge, A, Popes Of Chillitown, Me First & The Gimme Gimmes, and The Suicide Machines are set to join the likes of Sum 41, Don Broco, NOFX, Billy Talent and more when the festival returns to Leeds' Temple Newsam and Hatfield's Hatfield Park on the 23rd and 24th May respectively.

Speaking about their addition to the bill, Mat Welsh of While She Sleeps said, “Slam Dunk is one of the best festivals and we always have a great time there, both playing and just experiencing the event. We’re very excited to be playing this year for 2020. Incredible line-up, incredible bands. We’re so stoked to be returning.”

While Jami Morgan of Code Orange added, "We're looking forward to playing Slam Dunk Fest because it's different for us, and it's a new audience that we haven't been super exposed to. I think that we will definitely stand out on the line up, so it should be fun!"
