Honing more of that warm and alluring country-inspired aesthetic he has been developing over the years, 'This Year' makes for a brilliant return to form for him. With its rich and glossy textures, sweeping atmosphere, and his own compelling vocals at the helm, he returns with one of his more impactful efforts to date here.
