Despite announcing his plans to retire earlier this year, rapper Yasiin Bey, formerly known as Mos Def, has announced a new album, due before the end of the year.
The nine-track release 'December 99th' is due out on the 9th December (that's a lot of nines), and was recorded in collaboration with producer Ferrari Sheppard in South Africa, where the rapper was recently held for breaching the country's immigration laws.
