With her highly-anticipated new album landing later next month, Bat For Lashes has now dropped the next cut to be lifted from her forthcoming full-length.
The new single 'Home' is a cover of the Baauer track as remixed by Special Request, and follows on from the previously shared 'Letter To My Daughter' and the record's title-track in previewing her new LP 'The Dream Of Delphi', which is out on the 31st May via Mercury KX.
The inclusion of ‘Home’ on the new album serves as a gift to its muse, her daughter Delphi, adding, “It was Delphi’s favourite song. We just played it over and over and over again every time we got in the car and she'd giggle and squeal. So I did it for her, really – because when she looks back on this album, we can say that was your favourite song that you loved as a little baby”.
