Having already established themselves with a flurry of impactful releases over the years, Norwegian outfit GISKE make their long-awaited return to deliver their lofty new single 'Light Upon The Water'.
Marking their first piece of new material in six years, 'Light Upon The Water' continues that warm and woozy indie-rock aesthetic they have been crafting since they first emerged. With its smooth and sweeping hooks, shimmering atmosphere, and stellar vocals layered throughout, they return to the fold with one of their more impactful efforts to date here.
While it has been quite some time since we last heard any new material from them, 'Light Upon The Water' shows they are still brimming with plenty of fresh and inventive ideas in which to explore. With such a firm and confident approach to their sound once again, we can't wait to hear what else they have been working on during their time away as well.
