After years of quietly developing their musical identity, Irish trio The Elusives are finally stepping into the spotlight with 'Run Away Into the Night', an intriguing debut single that marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
The track introduces a band whose creative foundations stretch back more than three decades, bringing together atmospheric instrumentation, expressive vocals and an adventurous approach to songwriting.
At the heart of the project are longtime collaborators Paul Gilligan and Joe Brady, whose musical partnership began during the mid-90s before eventually evolving into The Elusives in 2014. The arrival of vocalist Laura Hand in 2025 proved particularly significant, introducing a captivating new dimension to the group's new wave-inspired arrangements and completing their current lineup.
Having already attracted enthusiastic audiences at sold-out Dublin performances, The Elusives are preparing to release their debut album soon.
