Aldous RH shares new single 'Reply'

With his highly-anticipated debut album set to land at the end of next month, Aldous RH has now unveiled the next cut to be lifted from his forthcoming full-length.

The new single 'Reply' follows on from the lead track 'Since 1992' in previewing his first LP 'Respect 4 Devotion', which is set to arrive on the 29th May via Moshi Moshi.

Speaking about his new offering, he said, “In this song I lament a situation in which I felt a romantic connection with somebody only to never see them again, deliberating whether to call them or text them. In layman’s terms this is also known as the modern phenomenon being ‘Ghosted’.”

Adding about the new video, “The video for 'Reply' deals with the fear of missing out, which is a bit of a modern plague for romantic and personal relationships. People are constantly looking for the next best thing & neglecting the things that already surround them. A lot of us also yearn for the attention of those who pay us no mind, more often than not this becomes a sad cycle, half the time your unrequited love is in the shadow of your unrequited lovers own unrequited love.”
