Late last year, we reported that Alice Glass had written a public letter detailing the reasons why she left Crystal Castles. The letter alleged that former bandmate Ethan Kath had been mentally and sexually abusing her during her time in the band. This was quickly denied by Kath, who then filed a defamation lawsuit against her.
But after a recent court hearing, Glass has now stated that the lawsuit against her has now been dismissed. In two tweets, she offers her admiration for the fans that have got her through it, and according to Pitchfork, will now be returning to court in order to obtain the lawyer's fees for her ordeal.
