After suddenly going silent since releasing the two standalone singles 'Underdog' and 'Crowded Places' in 2017, Banks has at last returned with a brand new track.
The new cut 'Gimme' was was written alongside Buddy Ross, co-produced by Hudson Mohawke and BJ Burton, and looks likely to form part of the frontwoman's follow up to her 2016 LP 'The Altar'.
Speaking about the new single, she added, "'Gimme' is a song about getting what you want. It’s about knowing what you deserve, saying it out loud, and demanding it with no apologies. I’m ready to release this into the world and begin a new chapter."
