Editors share new version of 'Hallelujah (So Low)'

After releasing a limited run of their latest collection for this year's Record Store Day over the weekend, Editors have now unveiled the next cut to be lifted from their upcoming new album for those that didn't mange to get their hands on it.

The new version of 'Hallelujah (So Low)' features on the band's new release 'The Blanck Mass Sessions', a collection of reworked singles lifted from last year's album 'Violence' from producer Benjamin John Power aka Blanck Mass, and is set to be made for general release on the 3rd May via Play It Again Sam.

Speaking about the new release, frontman Tom Smith said, "When we initially approached Ben to work with us on Violence we gave him free reign to do whatever he wanted. It seemed stupid to try and instill any boundaries or direction to him as he has such a singular, authored sound to everything he puts his hand to... so we left him to it. The results of that process being this release. A very visceral version of our album 'Violence.'”"
