Marvin Chisala steps forward with 'I KNOW ME', a release that places visual storytelling at its core, transforming the track into a fully immersive artistic statement. While rooted in a broader run of new music, this project is defined by its striking video, crafted by CAYA Creative, which shapes how the song is experienced as much as the music itself.
Blending Afro pop with Kalindula and Zamrock influences, 'I KNOW ME' is built on live instrumentation and layered vocals, exploring themes of identity, purpose, and self-realisation. Inspired by melodies and lyrics that came to Chisala in dreams, the song captures the uncertainty of finding your path while holding onto a sense of inner truth.
So with the new single out now, we sat down with him to find out more about his origins and what has been inspiring him most over the years.
