Girl Scout unveil new single 'Crumbs'

Swedish indie-rock band Girl Scout have released their new single 'Crumbs', offering the final preview of their upcoming debut album Brink, which arrives on the 20th March via AWAL.

The track follows previously released singles 'Same Kids', 'Operator', and 'Keeper', and delivers a sharp, guitar-driven sound paired with pointed commentary. Lyrically, 'Crumbs' takes aim at industry figures who enjoy the perks of the music world without sharing the same passion for the art itself.

'Brink' was mixed by Alex Farrar, known for his work with Wednesday and Snail Mail, and features thirteen songs that showcase the Stockholm group’s blend of energetic indie rock and reflective songwriting. The record explores themes of uncertainty, personal growth, and the tension between staying stuck and searching for change.
