The Joy Formidable share new single 'The Hat'

After recently returning with their stunning comeback single 'Cut Your Face' last month, The Joy Formidable are back once again with another brand new offering.

The new track 'The Hat' marks their second piece of new material for 2023, and comes accompanied by a stunning new video, directed by Matt Thomas.

Speaking about the new offering, singer Ritzy Bryan said, “I feel like your own inner reflections can take on a sensation like being in space, alone in the gravity of your own uncertainty, drifting and off balance but aware of how beautiful and extraordinary life is. This new song has that sensation of being transported but also moving forward, a nod to the new aperiodic tile that never repeats and your own vow to ‘never make the same mistake twice’.”
