The Kooks announce new album '10 TRACKS TO ECHO IN THE DARK'

Following on from the release of their much-loved 2018 LP 'Let's Go Sunshine', The Kooks have now announced their plans for a new studio album, arriving later this year.

The new full-length '10 TRACKS TO ECHO IN THE DARK' is being previewed by the new three-track EP ‘CONNECTION - ECHO IN THE DARK PART 1’, featuring the singles ‘Connection’, ‘Jesse James’, and ‘Modern Days’, and is set to be released on the 22nd July via Lonely Cat / AWAL Recordings.

Speaking about the new release, frontman Luke Pritchard said, “I started going to Berlin for three or four days at a time. I was really affected by Brexit and I wanted to make a bit of a statement by creating a European record. We’re a European band, we practically lived out there and have so much love for Europe, so we wanted to keep that connection.”
