POND announce new album 'Terrestrials'

Australian psych outfit POND have announced their new album 'Terrestrials', set for release on the 19th June via their newly launched imprint Mangovision, in partnership with Secretly Distribution. Alongside the announcement, the band have shared their latest single 'Two Hands'.

The track arrives with an accompanying video and offers a first look at the sonic direction of the upcoming record. Frontman Nicholas Allbrook revealed the song was inspired by the destruction of the Juukan Gorge rock shelters in Western Australia, a site of immense cultural and historical importance to Indigenous communities.

Through 'Two Hands', POND channel frustration and reflection into a pointed response, questioning how such an act would be perceived if it affected globally recognised landmarks.
