Run The Jewels' El-P shares update on new album 'Run The Jewels 3'

After what has been an incredible 12 months for the hip-hop duo, one half of Run The Jewels has now shared an update on the follow up to 2013's 'Run The Jewels 2'.

Rapper and producer El-P has taken to Instagram to share a short clip of a beat he is working on, and from this short 15 seconds video, we are already more than excited.

El-P also added a few extra updates to his Twitter, announcing that he is a “subscriber to the make the record great no matter how long it takes philosophy,” but unfortunately the album is “definitely not coming in 2015,” due to the pair's touring commitments.

He also gave a update to the state of 'Meow The Jewels', a remix album made entirely of cat samples. The record will feature contributions from Zola Jesus and Portishead’s Geoff Barrow, BOOTS, The Alchemist and Dan The Automator, and is expected in the near future.
