Sparks share new Christmas single 'Christmas Without A Prayer'

Following on from their FFS collaboration with Franz Ferdinand earlier this year, Sparks have now announced the arrival of a new Christmas-themed single.

The new track 'Christmas Without A Prayer' marks the second attempt at a festive release from the band after 1974's 'Thank God It's Not Christmas', which was unashamedly brought up in the band's press release.

“As the tradition has been in Sparks, every 41 years marks the time to share an ode to Christmas," they said. "It's 2015, and 'tis the season. So please celebrate our 'Christmas Without A Prayer' release. And stay tuned for exciting Xmas news for 2056”.

'Christmas Without A Prayer' will be available from the 4th December by Lil' Beethoven, and you can check it out in the player below.
