Following on from the release over their much-loved covers EP 'Cosy Karaoke, Vol.1' earlier this year, The Vaccines have now returned to share a brand new single.
The new track 'Headphones Baby' marks their first piece of original material since their 2018 LP 'Combat Sports', and is set to feature on their forthcoming fifth full-length, which is set to be announced soon.
Speaking about the new offering, lead singer Justin Young said, "Sometimes life can leave you feeling numb and desperate to feel something. "Headphones Baby" is about creating an escape from that - plugging in to plug out and cocooning yourself from the reality of the outside world in the warm embrace of somebody else’s mind. The song should sound like a fireworks display - a call to arms. And if you want life to feel like it’s permanently in technicolor then we might know where you can find it…"
