During the release of his breakthrough debut album 'Sweet Dreamer' in 2017, the sound of Will Joseph Cook almost came out of nowhere. After a few months of the mainstream dabbling interest in his work, the succeeding months proved to be a goldmine of praise and acclaim for the artist, making his debut album a slow-burn hit that eventually saw him given the success he so sorely deserved. And after a wave of buzz over these last few months surrounding his comeback efforts, the frontman is looking to cap off another successful year with the release of his eagerly-awaited sophomore LP 'Something To Feel Good About', a record that looks to pick up our spirits from start to finish.

While Cook's passion for bright and uplifting pop melodies was more than apparent on his debut collection, 'Something To Feel Good About' sees him pursue that direction to its absolute zenith. Channeling the dark and troubling thoughts that many have had throughout 2020 and charging them into something more positive and euphoric throughout is no easy feat, and yet here we are! Will Joseph Cook is looking to create something that is not only timely to its current environment, but also a positive progression from his debut release, giving us something to truly feel good about.

It may not have the same instant impact that his first full-length had, but 'Something To Feel Good About' is an agendaless slice of gold that is looking to bring a much-deserved ray of sunshine into our lives. Will Joseph Cook is one of those rare gems on the scene right now, someone who doesn't take himself too seriously, and ultimately gives us the return we were hoping for.
