While their 2017 album 'The Underside Of Power' still stands as a landmark moment in their career, Algiers have now looked to cement that powerful release with a new extended version of one of its stand out offerings.
The new rendition of 'Cleveland' clocks in at an epic 50-minutes in length, largely as vocalist Franklin James Fisher uses the middle part of the song to list the names of 232 additional victims who have been murdered subsequent to the song’s release as well as the victims of the Atlanta Child Murders which took place from 1979-1981.
