Movin' On return with reflective new single

North West indie quartet Movin’ On return with their second single 'How We Used To', released 29th May, a track that leans into reflection without losing the band’s forward-driving indie energy.

Built on crisp guitars and a steady, propulsive rhythm section, the single carries a more considered emotional tone than their debut, pairing its momentum with lyrics rooted in memory and contradiction. At its core, 'How We Used To' circles the strange way nostalgia can soften difficult experiences, even when you know you’ve already moved past them.

Vocalist Elijah Jenkins delivers the track with a directness that keeps things grounded, giving space to that push-and-pull feeling between closure and lingering attachment.
