Following on from the release of their long-awaited new album 'WOMB' from earlier this year, Purity Ring have now shared a cover of an absolute 90s classic.
Their new rendition of the hit 1999 Alice DJ single 'Better Off Alone' sees them rebrand the original with dark and atmospheric electronics, and comes accompanied by new video, directed by Andrew Barchilon.
Speaking about the new offering, the pair said, “We have wanted to cover this song for years and it felt like it was time. It’s been an influence on how we write and feel music since the beginning, and so for all the ways that joy and longing move, the truth is out there.”
