Matt Maltese announces new album 'Krystal'

After returning earlier this month to deliver his brilliant comeback single 'Curl Up & Die', Matt Maltese is back once again to announce the details behind his highly-anticipated new studio album.

The new full-length 'Krystal' follows on from his stunning 2018 debut LP 'Bad Contestant', is being previewed by the new single 'Rom-Com Gone Wrong', and is expected to arrive on the 8th November via 7476 Records.

Speaking about the new Craig Roberts-directed video for his latest cut, he added, "I tried writing some music for one of Craig’s films which inadvertently introduced him to my music and we struck up an online friendship. We realised we both have this kind of awkward sense of humour which lent itself well to a video for 'Rom-Com Gone Wrong'. The idea was to create a sort of 'making of a music video' music video where I play the part of someone who’s disillusioned with their own music video and doesn’t get on with the director. Basically a music video gone wrong."
